Tea Culture, Fujian & Zhejiang 2015

With doctoral students Yan Jie and Ma Junhong (Summer) and now-graduated MA student Fei Wu, we traveled in Zhejiang and Fujian provinces to observe the processing of spring teas in a variety of locations and also visited porcelain factories in Dehua and Jianyang, and the Ten Fu Tea College and Museum in Zhangpu, Fujian.
